SAP, a global leader in enterprise application software, is seeking to hire an Account Executive Expert as part of the localization program linked to Public Investment Fund (PIF) initiatives in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Job Description and Key Responsibilities

The Account Executive Expert will play a pivotal role in enhancing SAP's relationship with the Public Investment Fund and its vast investment portfolio. He/She will be the primary owner responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive account strategy to drive adoption of SAP's solutions and services in support of Saudi Vision 2030. Core responsibilities include:

  • Leading and developing the strategic relationship with PIF, its subsidiaries, and affiliated companies within its investment portfolio.
  • Developing a deep understanding of the client's strategic needs and objectives, translating them into actionable technology plans and partnerships.
  • Designing and delivering tailored value propositions encompassing SAP's diverse portfolio (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP Cloud Platform, Analytics & AI solutions).
  • Managing the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to negotiation and closing of large, complex deals.
  • Working closely with technical support teams, consultants, and channel partners to ensure sustainable value delivery and maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Monitoring account performance, achieving revenue targets, and preparing regular reports for senior management.
  • Staying abreast of local and global market trends, particularly those related to the digital transformation agenda in Saudi Arabia's public and private sectors.

Qualifications and Essential Requirements

To be a successful candidate for this opportunity, you must meet the following criteria:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or Engineering. A Master's degree will be an added advantage.
  • A minimum of 8 to 10 years of proven experience in strategic sales or key account management, preferably within the IT or enterprise software sector.
  • A documented track record of successfully managing and closing complex, high-value deals with clients in both public and private sectors.
  • Deep understanding of the Saudi Arabian business landscape, particularly regarding the economic transformation agenda and Vision 2030.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP solutions or similar ERP solutions will be a significant competitive advantage.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills, with the ability to interact effectively with C-level executives.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Full professional proficiency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
