Job Description & Key Responsibilities

- Developing and managing a portfolio of key accounts and strategic clients within the construction, infrastructure, and industrial sectors.

Qualifications & Essential Requirements

- Proven Practical Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role (Account Manager, Technical Sales Manager, Sales Engineer) within the heavy equipment, construction machinery, or Aerial Work Platform (AWP) sector. Prior field or technical experience with this equipment is a significant advantage.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of the technical, operational, and safety aspects of various AWP and heavy equipment. Ability to interpret project requirements and technical specifications.
- Communication & Relationship Skills: Exceptional ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels, from operators to project managers and executives.
- Sales & Commercial Skills: A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, with mastery of the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market data, identify opportunities, and develop effective action plans.
- Language: Excellent command of spoken and written English. Arabic language skills are a strong additional advantage.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Extensive practical experience and tangible achievements may compensate for academic qualifications.
