Job Overview

The Accounts Executive at Nassguard will play a key role in maintaining the financial accuracy and integrity of the company. Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Preparing and managing invoices, and processing payments to suppliers and relevant parties.
• Recording daily accounting entries in financial ledgers and records with high accuracy.
• Assisting in the preparation of periodic financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annual).
• Following up on and reconciling accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Contributing to budgeting and financial forecasting processes.
• Ensuring compliance with internal accounting policies and procedures, as well as Saudi accounting standards.
• Assisting with internal and external audit procedures and providing required documentation.
• Collaborating with other company departments (such as Sales and Procurement) to ensure accurate financial information flow.
• Utilizing accounting and financial software systems (e.g., ERP) efficiently.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven work experience in an accounting role (minimum of 2+ years of experience is preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Saudi accounting standards.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, especially advanced-level Excel.
• Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is a strong advantage.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
