Job Description

The Administration Assistant will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient daily operations of the office.   • Supplies Management: Monitoring inventory levels of office supplies and ensuring their continuous availability.
  • Communication and Coordination: Acting as an effective liaison between management, employees, and other departments or external clients.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be a successful candidate for this role, you should meet the following criteria:

Educational Qualifications:

  • A diploma or Bachelor's degree in Office Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience and Skills:

  • Proven previous experience in an administrative assistant role or a similar office position is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken). Knowledge of Arabic will be a strong additional asset.
  • Advanced computer skills and thorough familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
