Job Description and Key Responsibilities

The appointed employee in the Administrative Assistant role will undertake a range of core tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of administrative workflows. Primary responsibilities include:

  • Administrative and Organizational Support: Providing comprehensive support to management and the team by organizing files, managing schedules, arranging appointments, and preparing important documents and reports.
  • Communication Management: Handling incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails professionally, responding to inquiries, and correctly directing information to the concerned persons or departments.

  • Logistical Support Tasks: Arranging travel and accommodation requirements for administrative staff when needed, and managing office supplies to ensure their availability.

Required Qualifications and Skills

To be a successful candidate for this opportunity, you should meet the following criteria:

  • Educational Qualification: A diploma or bachelor's degree in Office Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Work Experience: Preferably 1-2 years of prior experience in an administrative role or as an executive assistant. Highly competent and motivated fresh graduates may also be considered.
  • Technical Skills: Excellent proficiency in computer use and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Knowledge of electronic file management systems is an added advantage.
  • Personal Skills:
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
    • High level of organization and accuracy in work with strong attention to detail.
    • Ability to manage priorities and work under pressure to complete tasks on time.
    • Team spirit and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Flexibility in handling multiple and changing tasks.
