Job Description

The appointed Aluminium Fabricator will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to the fabrication and installation of aluminium products. The core responsibilities of this role include:

• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints for aluminium projects.
• Accurately measuring, cutting, shaping, and assembling aluminium structures according to required specifications.
• Safely and effectively operating and utilizing aluminium fabrication tools and machinery, such as saws, drilling machines, and aluminium welding equipment.
• Installing finished aluminium products on-site, including windows, doors, facades, canopies, and other structures.
• Performing routine maintenance on workshop tools and equipment.
• Strictly adhering to occupational health and safety standards in both the workshop and on-site environments.
• Ensuring high-quality workmanship and completing tasks within the designated timeframe.
• Collaborating effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve project goals.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

To qualify for this position, you should meet the following criteria:

• Proven practical experience of at least 2-3 years in aluminium fabrication and installation.
• Strong knowledge of the properties and different types of aluminium and their handling methods.
• Proficiency in using basic and specialized carpentry and metal fabrication tools.
• Ability to read engineering and technical drawings.
• Physical fitness to perform tasks involving prolonged standing, lifting, and working on construction sites.
• Commitment to safety standards and quality work.
• Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
• Reliability and good conduct.
• Previous experience in aluminium fabrication workshops in Bahrain or the GCC region is preferred.
