Job Overview

The Architectural Designer will be an integral part of the design team, responsible for developing innovative architectural concepts and designs that meet project requirements and client expectations, while adhering to the highest standards of quality and engineering feasibility. Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop initial design concepts and detailed architectural designs for new and developmental projects.
• Prepare construction drawings and detailed plans using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software and 3D modeling tools such as Revit or 3ds Max.
• Coordinate with internal teams including civil, electrical, and mechanical (MEP) engineers to ensure design integration.
• Prepare presentation materials and visual renders to showcase designs to clients and stakeholders.
• Review and ensure designs comply with local Saudi building regulations and safety standards.
• Conduct necessary studies and research to stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in architectural design.
• Contribute to project development phases from the initial concept through to final delivery.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Design from an accredited university.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of practical experience in architectural design, with preference given to experience in contracting companies or consultancy firms within the Saudi or Gulf market.
• Excellent proficiency in core design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Photoshop and InDesign).
• Strong knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems.
• Deep understanding of local building codes and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• High-level communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly.
• Ability to work within a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously under deadline pressure.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and analytical problem-solving thinking.
