Job Description

The successful candidates will be integrated into a collaborative team responsible for developing high-detail and accurate Building Information Models (BIM). The primary focus will be on:

• Creating and developing integrated 3D BIM models for architectural projects, including detailed interior design and surrounding landscape design.
• Ensuring model accuracy and alignment with the project's architectural, structural, and MEP specifications.
• Collaborating closely with architects, interior designers, and landscape architects to understand requirements and translate design concepts into executable digital models.
• Preparing construction drawings and documentation extracted from BIM models for various design stages.
• Contributing to coordination processes and early clash detection between different disciplines.
• Continuously updating BIM models to reflect any design changes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Adhering to company standards and industry best practices in BIM.

Requirements & Qualifications

To be a suitable candidate for this opportunity, you should meet the following criteria:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Landscape Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven practical experience of at least 2-3 years in a similar role as a BIM Modeller or Coordinator, with a portfolio showcasing projects in architectural, interior, and/or landscape domains.
• Strong, hands-on proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) software, with a strong preference for advanced knowledge of Autodesk Revit.
• Working knowledge of other relevant software such as AutoCAD, Navisworks, SketchUp, and Adobe suite for presentation outputs.
• In-depth understanding of architectural, interior design, and landscape design principles.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and engineering drawings accurately.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work within a multidisciplinary team.
