Job Description and Key Responsibilities
The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and directing all sales activities within the assigned region. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and Implementing Sales Strategy: Formulating a comprehensive area sales plan aligned with the company's overall strategic goals and ensuring its effective execution.
- Leading the Sales Team: Directly supervising a team of sales representatives and supervisors, providing guidance, training, and motivation to help them achieve individual and collective sales targets.

- Achieving Financial Targets: Direct accountability for meeting the defined revenue and sales targets for the area, while adhering to assigned operational budgets.
- Planning and Development: Participating in expansion planning for the region, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to product or service development based on market feedback.
Qualifications and Core Requirements
To be a successful candidate for this leadership role, you should meet the following criteria:
- Work Experience: A minimum of 5 to 8 years of practical experience in sales, with at least 3 years of proven experience in a leadership role (such as Area Sales Manager or Senior Sales Supervisor). Experience in the Saudi market, particularly the Eastern Province, is a significant competitive advantage.
- Educational Qualification: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or similar postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.
- Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve high targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written) in both Arabic and English.
- Analytical and Strategic Skills: Ability to analyze financial data and market performance, and to develop actionable strategic plans. Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and Microsoft Office programs.
- Personal Attributes: A results-driven personality with decision-making capabilities, able to work under pressure and solve problems proactively. The candidate must possess strong business acumen and high professional ethics.
