Job Overview

The Area Sales Manager holds a pivotal role within the company's structure, serving as the direct leader responsible for guiding and developing the sales team within a defined geographical territory (likely covering the Eastern Province or a broader scope). Key Responsibilities and Duties

Essential Qualifications and Requirements

  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. A higher degree or professional sales certifications (e.g., CSP) is a distinct advantage.
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 to 10 years of practical experience in sales, with a proven track record of at least 3 to 5 years in a leadership role (Sales Manager or Senior Sales Supervisor) within an industrial or B2B (Business-to-Business) environment.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong ability to motivate and lead a team towards goal achievement in a fast-paced setting.
  • Analytical & Commercial Skills: Deep understanding of financial and commercial principles, with excellent data analysis and strategic planning capabilities.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Arabic and English, with the ability to deliver presentations and reports effectively.
  • Geographical Knowledge: Good knowledge of the Eastern Province market, Jubail Industrial City, and its network is a significant advantage.
  • Results-Driven: Ambitious personality, capable of working under pressure, and strongly oriented towards achieving results and targets.
