- Market Analysis: Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and propose proactive sales strategies.
- Internal Coordination: Working closely with other hotel departments such as Front Office, Food and Beverage, and Banquets to ensure precise fulfillment of client requirements and delivery of an exceptional guest experience.
- Reporting: Preparing regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, and revenue analysis for senior management review.
Essential Qualifications and Requirements
