Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Academic Qualification: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field. Specialized certifications in Training or HR Development (e.g., CIPD) are a strong advantage.
  • Experience: Proven work experience of 3 to 5 years in Learning & Development or Training, preferably within the hospitality, tourism, or service sector.
  • Technical Skills: Excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel). Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) platforms and e-learning tools.
  • Personal Skills:
    • High-level communication and presentation skills (written and verbal) in both Arabic and English.
    • Strong planning, organizational, and multi-tasking abilities.
    • Analytical skills to evaluate data and measure Return on Investment (ROI) in training.
    • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and inspire others to learn.
    • Creativity and flexibility in designing development solutions for diverse needs.
