Assistant Manager - Key Account Management (Abu Dhabi)

Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Key Account Manager in developing and executing strategies for a select portfolio of the company's key and strategic accounts. Key Expected Duties and Responsibilities

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Academic Qualification: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A higher degree may be an advantage.
  • Experience: Proven work experience of 3 to 5 years in account management, strategic sales, or customer relationship management, preferably with some exposure to handling key or corporate accounts.
  • Personal Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written) in English. Arabic proficiency is a significant asset.
    • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
    • Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
    • Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work within a team and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Knowledge: High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems is a major plus.
