  • Internal Coordination: Act as a liaison between the Sales department and other operational departments within the hotel (e.g., Front Office, F&B, Room Service) to ensure accurate fulfillment of client requirements.
  • Event Support: Support the sales team in preparing for travel trade shows and local promotional events.
  • Reporting: Assist in preparing periodic sales reports on achievements and activities.

Essential Qualifications and Requirements

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism & Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of practical experience in sales or customer service, with preference given to experience in the hotel, tourism, or service industry.
  • Personal Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written) in both Arabic and English.
    • Polite, friendly personality with a high ability to build relationships.
    • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
    • Team spirit and ability to collaborate with various departments.
    • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint). Knowledge of hotel reservation systems is a significant advantage.
