- Teamwork: Collaborating closely with colleagues in the bar, restaurant, and other hotel departments to ensure smooth workflow and a seamless guest experience.
- Policy Compliance: Adhering to all internal hotel policies, especially those related to the sale and service of alcoholic beverages in accordance with local Bahraini laws.
