Beautician Required for Employment in Kuwait

Job Description & Key Responsibilities

The selected beautician will be responsible for providing a wide range of beauty, skincare, and personal care services to clients while maintaining the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and professionalism. The main responsibilities expected for this role include:

• Providing specialized facial beauty services such as cleansing, exfoliation, and various skincare treatments.
• Mastering and performing professional makeup services for different occasions (daily, evening, wedding).
• Providing hand and foot care services (manicure and pedicure), including nail polish application and design.
• Hair removal using various methods (waxing, threading, sugaring) with professionalism and minimal client discomfort.
• Offering professional advice and recommendations to clients regarding skincare products and the appropriate routine for their skin type.
• Strictly maintaining the cleanliness and sterilization of the workspace and tools used, in accordance with approved health protocols.
• Building strong relationships with clients and ensuring their complete satisfaction to encourage repeat visits.
• Assisting with simple administrative tasks related to booking and inventory if necessary.
• Keeping up with the latest trends and techniques in the world of beauty and care.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

To be eligible for this opportunity, applicants must meet the following conditions:

• A recognized certificate or diploma in Cosmetology or related fields.
• Proven practical experience of at least 2 to 3 years in a similar field of work (beauty salon, beauty center, spa).
• Comprehensive mastery of basic and advanced beauty skills.
• Excellent knowledge of various skincare and cosmetic products and their types.
• Excellent personal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to deal with clients with utmost courtesy and respect.
• A decent appearance and attention to personal hygiene.
• The ability to work within a team as well as individually.
• Flexibility in work and working hours.
• Priority will be given to applicants already residing in the State of Kuwait and holding a transferable residence permit.
