Job Overview

The appointed Business Analyst will be integrated into a specialized team, playing a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business objectives and the technologies used to achieve them. Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Conduct detailed analysis of business requirements through effective communication with stakeholders from various departments.

• Develop models and prototypes to illustrate proposed solution requirements.

• Prepare periodic reports and analyses to deliver actionable insights to management.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a similar discipline.
• Proven practical experience of at least 3 to 5 years in business analysis.
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Exceptional analytical skills and problem-solving abilities for complex issues.
• Proficiency in business analysis and process modeling tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart) and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
• A good understanding of database structures and basic SQL queries is considered a strong advantage.
• A professional certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) will be highly regarded.
