Starlink WLL is offering a distinguished career opportunity to join their team in the vibrant city of Doha for the position of Business Analyst specializing in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Governance. Job Description and Key Responsibilities

The successful analyst in this position will act as a crucial link between business units and the IT department within the company. The primary focus will be on the ICT governance framework to ensure that technology investments and operations align with the company's strategic goals and mitigate associated risks.

Key expected responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing, developing, and improving current ICT governance policies and procedures.

  • Deep understanding of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).

Personal and Technical Skills:

  • Exceptional analytical and deductive skills with the ability to tackle complex problems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Ability to deliver clear presentations and reports to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel and Visio) and business analysis tools.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
