Requirements and Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Engineering, or Business Administration (with an analytics focus).
• Proven work experience of 3-5 years in a similar role as a BI Specialist, Data Analyst, or Business Analyst, preferably within the financial services or fintech industry.
• Strong proficiency in data visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI or Tableau.
• Advanced skills in writing SQL queries for extraction and analysis from relational databases.
• Solid understanding of statistical concepts and analytical methods.
