Job Overview

The Capability Integration Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless and effective integration of advanced technological capabilities and systems within the company's projects. The manager will be responsible for leading and coordinating integration efforts across multidisciplinary teams to deliver required outcomes within schedule and budget constraints.

Key Expected Responsibilities and Duties

  • Lead, plan, and execute capability integration strategies for complex defense, security, or communication systems.
  • Act as a key liaison between customer stakeholders, engineers, developers, and project teams to ensure alignment between requirements and delivered solutions.
  • Manage the system integration lifecycle, from the design and requirements phase through testing, delivery, and support.
  • Identify and manage risks and challenges associated with integration processes and develop mitigation plans.
  • Ensure compliance with stringent quality standards and relevant regulatory frameworks, both local and international.
  • Prepare technical and management reports and deliver presentations to clients and senior leadership.
  • Supervise, guide, and develop the competencies of integration teams.

Required Qualifications and Skills

This leadership role requires a candidate with a strong and proven background in the following areas:

Academic Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is a strong advantage.
  • Recognized professional certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or Systems Integration Management (e.g., relevant CISM, CISSP) will be highly regarded.

Professional Experience:

  • Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in leadership or supervisory roles related to complex systems integration, with a strong preference within the defense, national security, aerospace, or secure communications sectors.
  • A proven track record of managing and integrating large-scale, multi-vendor projects.
  • Hands-on experience working with government, military, or security agencies in the Middle East region, particularly in GCC countries.
  • In-depth understanding of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and both Agile and traditional project management methodologies.

Personal and Technical Skills:

  • Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate teams in high-pressure environments.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, in English (mandatory) and Arabic (a significant advantage).
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of defense systems, Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) systems, or secure infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity standards and best practices for securing systems.
