Job Description and Key Responsibilities

• Reporting: Monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and preparing regular analytical reports for management to present results and recommendations.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

To be a successful candidate for this position, you should meet the following criteria:

• Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field. A Master's degree may be an added advantage.
• Work Experience: Proven experience of 3 to 5 years in a similar role such as Category Specialist, Product Manager, or Business Analyst, preferably within the services, human resources, or a fast-paced industry.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex data and derive actionable insights. Proficiency with data analysis tools like advanced Excel and BI software is essential.
• Strategic Skills: A solid understanding of category management principles and strategic marketing.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and internal/external teams.
• Language: Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is mandatory. Knowledge of the Arabic language is a strong advantage in the UAE job market.
• Personal Attributes: The ideal candidate should be able to work independently and as part of a team, be self-motivated, results-oriented, and possess excellent problem-solving skills.
