Ejadah Asset Management Group LLC is currently recruiting for a Civil Engineer specialized in the Fit-Out industry to join their team in Dubai. Job Description & Key Responsibilities

The appointed Civil Engineer will be an integral part of the technical team, focusing on interior fit-out projects for commercial, residential, and managed facilities. The core responsibilities associated with this role are expected to include:

• Providing both site and office-based supervision for all stages of fit-out and furnishing projects, from planning to final handover.
• Reviewing engineering drawings, plans, and technical specifications to ensure compliance with local Dubai regulations and standards.
• Coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and other discipline engineers (MEP) to ensure workflow harmony and adherence to the project schedule.
• Conducting regular site inspections to ensure material quality and that execution meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
• Preparing daily and weekly technical progress reports, documenting any non-conformities or delays, and reporting them to management.
• Managing project logistics, including material requisitions, and organizing site transportation and storage.
• Ensuring full compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations on all work sites.

Qualifications & Essential Requirements

To qualify for this role, you must meet the following criteria:

• A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering field from an accredited university.
• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of practical experience in civil engineering, with a strong focus on building interior fit-out works.
• In-depth knowledge of local construction standards and regulations within the Emirate of Dubai and Dubai Municipality.
• Strong proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software and Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel and Project).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• The ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Leadership skills and the capability to manage on-site teams and labor.
• A health and safety certification (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) will be a strong added advantage.
