Job Description and Key Responsibilities

The appointed Client Relations Manager will spearhead the strategy for engaging and communicating with the company's existing and potential client base. The core focus will be on transforming business interactions into long-term strategic partnerships that support sustainable growth. The primary responsibilities associated with this role are expected to include:

  • Developing and Managing Client Relations Strategy: Designing and implementing comprehensive plans to enhance the customer experience across all touchpoints, from initial product/service awareness to post-sale support and ongoing engagement.
  • Leading the Client-Facing Team: Supervising the performance of the customer service or account management team, guiding them to achieve targets related to customer satisfaction and sales objectives.
