Job Description

The Client Relationship Executive will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer loyalty and ensuring complete satisfaction with Giftery.Pro's services and products. This individual will be the primary account manager for a portfolio of existing clients, deeply understanding their needs, and acting as a key liaison between them and various internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Management: Build strong, long-term business relationships with existing clients, focusing on a deep understanding of their business and objectives.
  • Client Retention: Execute effective client retention strategies, reduce churn rates, and increase customer lifetime value.
  • Support & Consultation: Provide consultative support to clients on the optimal use of Giftery.Pro products, helping them maximize the value derived from the services.
  • Issue Resolution: Handle client inquiries and complaints effectively and professionally, resolving them promptly and satisfactorily to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and technical development teams to relay client feedback and contribute to product and service enhancements.
  • Reporting: Prepare periodic reports on client relationship performance, satisfaction levels, and growth opportunities within the existing portfolio.

Requirements and Qualifications

Giftery.Pro is looking for candidates with a passion for customer service and building successful partnerships.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience of at least 2-3 years in client relationship management, B2B customer service, or within the technology/e-commerce sector.
  • Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken). Knowledge of Arabic is a strong advantage in the Dubai market.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively.
  • Ability to understand and analyze clients' business needs.
  • Proficiency in handling CRM software and the Microsoft Office suite.
  • A proactive personality, capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
