Job Description and Key Responsibilities

The incumbent will hold a pivotal role within the marketing and retail team, responsible for ensuring the consistent and effective implementation of visual merchandising strategies across multiple company outlets. Key responsibilities will include:

• Developing and executing innovative visual merchandising strategies and displays that align with the brand's identity and its global/regional directives.
• Overseeing the visual presentation for a designated cluster of stores in Dubai, ensuring uniform and high-quality application of display standards.
• Working closely with store managers and the sales team to drive sales targets by creating stimulating and attractive product displays.
• Analyzing sales reports and customer feedback to adapt visual merchandising strategies for enhanced commercial performance.
• Designing and installing window displays and in-store decorations in line with seasonal campaigns, promotions, and new product launches.
• Managing the inventory of visual merchandising tools and props, ensuring their maintenance and periodic updates.
• Training in-store sales teams on basic visual merchandising principles to maintain daily standards.
• Preparing weekly and monthly pictorial reports on the state of visual merchandising in assigned stores, along with improvement proposals.
• Staying updated on the latest retail and visual merchandising trends in the Dubai and regional market.

Essential Qualifications and Requirements

To be a successful candidate for this position, you should meet the following criteria:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Marketing, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of practical experience in Visual Merchandising within the fashion retail or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector.
• Previous experience working at a cluster or multi-store level is a significant advantage.
• A deep understanding of design principles, color theory, and space planning.
• High creative skills with a critical eye for detail and aesthetics.
• The ability to interpret sales data and translate it into effective visual display plans.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in both Arabic and English.
• The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Leadership skills and the ability to mentor and guide others.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel) and basic design software such as Adobe Photoshop.
• The applicant must possess a valid UAE residence visa and a driver's license.
