Job Description & Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic planning and hands-on execution of merchandise displays and visual setups across a cluster of the company's stores in a specific area. The primary goal is to enhance the brand's visual identity, attract customers, and drive sales through compelling and organized presentations. Key responsibilities include:

• Planning & Strategy: Implementing global brand standards and merchandising strategies across multiple store locations within the assigned cluster.
• Execution: Directly overseeing the installation of window and in-store displays, arranging products according to set planograms, and seasonal or promotional guidelines.
• Quality Assurance: Conducting regular store visits to all cluster locations to ensure compliance with the highest display standards and maintain overall presentation at all times.
• Training & Support: Training and coaching store teams on fundamental visual merchandising principles and processes to ensure sustainability and consistency.
• Performance Analysis: Monitoring key performance indicators related to sales following display changes and reporting on impact and suggestions for improvement.
• VM Inventory Management: Ensuring the availability and maintenance of necessary display tools and props (mannequins, fixtures, etc.) across all stores.
• Coordination: Working closely with store managers, the buying team, and the marketing department to align displays with new product arrivals and marketing campaigns.

Required Qualifications & Skills

To be a successful candidate for this position, you should meet the following criteria:

• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of proven work experience in Visual Merchandising, with prior experience working at a multi-store (cluster or regional) level being a significant advantage.
• Technical Knowledge: A deep understanding of visual design principles, display composition, color theory, and how they influence consumer behavior.
• Industry Experience: Experience in the Fashion and Retail sectors is essential.
• Organizational Skills: Exceptional time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills (proficiency in English is preferred) to effectively deliver instructions and reports.
• Mobility: The candidate must be willing and able to travel frequently between various store locations within Muscat.
• Creativity & Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for design with meticulous attention to detail and a creative flair for developing engaging displays.
