Job Overview

The Commercial Manager will be responsible for leading and directing the commercial strategy for EVA Pharma within the Saudi market. Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field. A Master’s degree will be a distinct advantage.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a commercial or pharmaceutical sales role, with a proven track record in leadership positions.
  • In-depth knowledge of the healthcare and pharmaceutical sector in the Saudi and GCC markets.
  • Strong leadership skills and excellent ability to motivate and manage teams to achieve high results.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships at the highest levels.
  • Ability to analyze financial data and KPIs to make strategic decisions.
  • Proficiency in both Arabic and English, spoken and written.
  • Dynamic personality with the ability to work under pressure and deliver targets within deadlines.
