Job Description

Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other peripheral devices.
- Diagnose and effectively repair technical faults, whether related to hardware or software issues.
- Provide technical support to employees to resolve daily problems related to operating systems (e.g., Windows) and office applications.
- Assist in basic Local Area Network (LAN) management and troubleshoot/resolve connectivity issues.
- Perform regular system upgrades and install required security and software updates.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of IT components, devices, and supplies.
- Provide periodic reports on device status, common problems, and applied solutions.
- Ensure compliance with basic cybersecurity standards in device usage.
Requirements and Qualifications
