Job Description & Key Responsibilities

The Construction Manager at Innovo Build will undertake a wide range of leadership and supervisory duties, including:

• Leadership & Planning: Leading the on-site construction team, including engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors. Developing detailed project plans encompassing timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Execution Oversight: Directly supervising all daily construction operations on-site to ensure work is carried out according to approved technical specifications and designs.
• Quality & Safety Control: Ensuring all operations comply with the highest quality standards and the health, safety, and environmental regulations enforced in Abu Dhabi and the UAE. Implementing regular inspection programs and accident prevention protocols.

• Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a closely related construction field. A Master's degree or advanced professional certifications (e.g., PMP, CIOB) are a strong advantage.
• Work Experience: A minimum of 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience in construction project management, with at least 5 years of proven experience in a leadership role as a Construction Supervisor or Project Manager. Experience in the UAE market, particularly in Abu Dhabi, is a significant advantage.
• Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of all construction phases, materials, methods, and equipment. Comprehensive familiarity with local UAE building codes, safety, and environmental regulations.
