• Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field from an accredited university. A Master's degree or advanced professional certifications (e.g., PMP, CIOB) is a strong advantage.
• Work Experience: A minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of successfully managing medium to large-scale building projects (e.g., residential, commercial, facilities). Previous experience working in the UAE market or the Gulf region, in general, is a significant plus.
