Job Description and Key Responsibilities

The successful consultant in this role will operate within the company's IT or digital transformation teams, focusing on the SAP FICO (Finance and Controlling) and SAP TRM (Treasury and Risk Management) modules. Core responsibilities will include:

• Implementation & Support: Participating in implementation, upgrade, or maintenance projects for SAP FICO and TRM modules, ensuring their seamless integration with other modules like SD and MM.
• Business Analysis: Working closely with end-users from Finance, Accounting, and Treasury departments to understand their requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions within the SAP system.
• Configuration & Customization: Performing system configuration based on Mohsin Haider Darwish's specific business needs, including setting up ledgers, cost centers, profit centers, budgeting elements, and period-end closing procedures.
• Treasury Management: Applying SAP TRM knowledge to support cash management, financial risk management, bank relationships, and complex financial transactions.
• Troubleshooting: Providing Level 2/3 functional support, diagnosing, and resolving operational or functional issues that arise within the system.
• Training & Documentation: Conducting user training on new processes and functionalities, and preparing technical documentation and user manuals.
• Quality Assurance: Ensuring implemented solutions adhere to best practices, International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), and the company's internal policies.

Qualifications and Essential Requirements

To be a qualified candidate for this position, you must meet the following criteria:

• Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or Finance & Accounting.
• Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP consulting and configuration, with a strong, proven focus on the FICO module and working knowledge of the TRM module.
• Professional Certification: SAP certified associate or professional certification in FICO and/or TRM modules is a significant advantage.
• Technical Skills:
  • Deep expertise in SAP FICO configuration (New GL, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders).
  • Working knowledge of FICO integration processes with SD, MM, and PS modules.
  • Solid understanding of SAP TRM functionalities and configuration.
  • Knowledge of financial accounting concepts and month-end/year-end closing procedures.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Arabic & English), ability to work in a team and multi-cultural environment, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and capacity to manage time and handle multiple tasks concurrently.
