The successful consultant will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive talent management initiatives. Key Expected Responsibilities and Duties

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Academic Credentials: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is a significant advantage.
  • Professional Experience: Proven practical experience of at least 5 to 7 years in Talent Management, Organizational Development, or strategic HR consulting, preferably with some of that experience gained in the Middle East region or a similar international work environment.
  • Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of global best practices in succession planning, leadership development, workforce planning, and career pathing.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to support talent-related decision-making.
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, influencing, and listening skills at all organizational levels, with the ability to build strong partnerships with stakeholders.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential. Knowledge of the Arabic language is a strong additional advantage in the UAE job market.
