Job Description
The appointed Content Creator will be integrated into the marketing and content team, with primary responsibility for developing and executing content strategies that align with the company's objectives and enhance its digital footprint. Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Plan and Create Original Content: Write and produce high-quality, diverse content in both Arabic and English (copy, images, infographics, short videos) tailored for various social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook.
- Manage Social Media Accounts: Contribute to managing the company's official social media accounts, developing publishing calendars, and professionally engaging with followers by responding to inquiries and comments.

- Contribute to Marketing Campaigns: Work closely with the marketing team to assist in designing and implementing digital advertising and promotional campaigns.
- Research and Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest digital marketing and content creation trends in Kuwait and the GCC region, proposing innovative ideas.
Job Requirements and Qualifications
To be a successful candidate for this role, you should meet the following criteria:
Essential Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Mass Communication, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proven work experience of at least 1-2 years in digital content creation or social media management.
- Excellent writing and communication skills in both Arabic and English (a fundamental requirement).
- Practical knowledge of major social media platforms and content management tools.
- A good understanding of digital marketing principles and Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
- Analytical skills and the ability to work with data analysis tools.
