Job Overview

The Content Creator will be responsible for crafting and developing compelling, on-brand content across various digital platforms to strengthen the presence of ENNISMORE's brands in the dynamic Saudi market. The successful candidate will work within a dynamic team focused on visual and written storytelling that captures the unique spirit of the brands and the unconventional hospitality experiences they offer.

Key Expected Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a monthly content strategy aligned with the brand's marketing objectives for the Saudi market.
• Create original, high-quality content (copy, images, short-form videos) for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and others.
• Write engaging advertising copy (copywriting) for digital marketing and advertising campaigns.
• Contribute to the development of creative concepts for local campaigns and events.
• Collaborate with photographers, graphic designers, and influencers to ensure the quality and consistency of produced content.
• Monitor content performance and analyze metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, conversion) to provide reports and recommendations for optimization.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and digital innovations in the hospitality sector, particularly within the Saudi and Gulf context.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven work experience of at least 2-3 years as a Digital Content Creator or Social Media Manager.
• Excellent writing and communication skills in both English and Arabic (both languages are essential).
• Exceptional storytelling skills and the ability to adapt tone of voice to suit ENNISMORE's diverse brand identities.
• Deep understanding of the culture and consumer trends within the Saudi Arabian market.
• Good knowledge of social media analytics tools and Adobe Creative Suite (a plus).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and a fast-paced environment.
• A genuine passion for the hospitality, hotel, and lifestyle industry.
