Job Description & Key Responsibilities

The Corporate Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in driving and expanding the company's Business-to-Business (B2B) client portfolio. The core focus will be on developing sustainable commercial relationships and increasing market share within the corporate sector. Key field and administrative responsibilities include:

• Developing and Executing Sales Strategies: Prospecting for new business opportunities with local and international companies and institutions in Oman that require long-term or short-term vehicle rental services.
• Managing the Full Sales Cycle: From lead generation and initial contact to presenting proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
• Building Strong Business Relationships: Developing and nurturing strategic partnerships with procurement managers, travel managers, and HR managers in large and medium-sized enterprises.
• Achieving Financial Targets: Committing to meeting and exceeding assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by management.
• Providing Tailored Solutions: Understanding the specific needs of corporate clients and designing flexible rental offers that may include vehicle fleets, volume discounts, and logistical support services.
• Account Management: Ensuring the satisfaction of existing corporate clients, managing contract renewals, and working to increase business share from the current portfolio.

Requirements & Qualifications

To be a successful candidate for this role, you should meet the following criteria:

• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in B2B Corporate Sales, with a preference for backgrounds in the services, tourism, transportation, or car rental sectors.
• Personal Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. The ability to build rapport quickly and effectively.
• Practical Skills: High proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint). Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is a strong advantage.
• Market Knowledge: A good understanding of the business environment and corporate sector in Oman, particularly in Muscat.
• Personal Attributes: A self-starter with a proactive attitude, capable of working independently and effectively as part of a team. The ideal candidate must be highly self-motivated, able to work under pressure, and consistently results-oriented.
• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
