Job Description

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Structural, or equivalent) or in Quantity/Cost Surveying.
  • A professional certification such as MRICS, CIOB, or equivalent will be a significant advantage.
  • A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in cost management, with a strong focus on major infrastructure projects.
  • Prior experience in aviation-related projects (airports, runways, control towers, terminals, cargo facilities) is a highly desirable prerequisite.
  • Full proficiency in cost management and estimation software packages (e.g., CostX, Candy, or similar).
  • In-depth knowledge of construction standards and methods in the Middle East region, particularly in the UAE.
