Job Description and Key Responsibilities

The Technical Lead will occupy a pivotal role in leading and developing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions using the latest Microsoft Dynamics 365 technologies. Expected Technical and Leadership Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of customized Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to address complex business requirements.
• Oversee a team of developers and technical analysts, providing technical mentorship, guidance, and ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed, effective technical and functional specifications.
• Manage the full technical project lifecycle, including planning, estimation, quality assurance, and on-time delivery.
• Ensure seamless and proper integration of CRM solutions with other existing enterprise systems.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system design, installation scripts, and user guides.
• Provide tier-3 technical support and troubleshoot complex system-related issues.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform and related cloud services (e.g., Power Platform), evaluating their applicability to business needs.

Qualifications and Essential Requirements

To be a successful candidate for this leadership role, you should meet the following criteria:

• Practical Experience: Proven experience of at least 5-7 years working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, with a minimum of 2-3 years in a leadership or supervisory role (e.g., Technical Lead, Development Team Lead).
• Deep Technical Knowledge:
  • Strong proficiency in developing and configuring Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (formerly CRM).
  • Hands-on experience with related development tools such as .NET, C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, and SQL Server.
  • In-depth understanding of solution architecture, integration (using APIs, web services), and migration procedures.
  • Practical knowledge of the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) is a significant advantage.
  • Microsoft Certified credentials in Dynamics 365 (e.g., MB-210, MB-220, MB-230) will be highly regarded.
