Job Overview

The Customer Center Officer will serve as the primary voice of the company to its customers. Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Follow-up: Coordinating with other internal departments (e.g., Sales, Shipping, Maintenance) to ensure customer service cases are resolved.
  • Adherence to Standards: Meeting call center performance targets and KPIs, such as response time, first-call resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Service Promotion: Informing customers about new offers and services when appropriate.

Required Qualifications and Skills
