Job Description and Key Responsibilities

The Customer Relation Executive at Zulekha Hospital will serve as the first point of contact and the friendly face for patients, their families, and visitors.   • Reception and Greeting: Welcoming patients and visitors upon arrival and directing them to the appropriate departments or clinics in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Exceptional Customer Service: Handling inquiries from patients and their attendants in person, over the phone, or via email, providing accurate information regarding services, procedures, and doctor appointments.

Required Qualifications and Skills

To be a successful candidate for this role, you should meet the following criteria:

  • Educational Qualification: A diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field. Candidates with extensive relevant experience may be considered in lieu of the specific academic qualification.
  • Experience: Proven prior experience in customer service, public relations, or guest relations, with a minimum of 1 to 3 years. Previous experience in the healthcare sector or hospitals is a significant advantage.
  • Personal Skills:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
    • Ability to interact with people from diverse cultures with empathy and patience, especially in stressful situations.
    • Effective listening and proactive problem-solving skills.

    • Professional appearance.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (especially Word and Excel) and familiarity with hospital booking or registration systems (will be an added advantage).
