KUWAIT JOBS HERE is actively recruiting for the position of Customer Service Officer at its office located in the Shuwaikh area of Kuwait. Job Description

The Customer Service Officer will hold a pivotal role as the first point of contact for the company's clients. They will be the primary representative of the company, portraying a positive and professional image, and working efficiently to resolve customer inquiries and address complaints. They will operate within a collaborative team aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Receive and respond to customer communications (via phone, email, or social media) in a courteous and professional manner.

  • Handle complaints and cases seriously, following up until final resolution, while maintaining composure in difficult situations.

  • Provide clear and comprehensive information about the company's products or services.
  • Adhere to service standards and timelines set by management.

Job Requirements and Conditions

To be eligible for this opportunity, you must meet the following criteria:

Essential Qualifications:

  • A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field).
  • Excellent command of both Arabic (native) and English (written and spoken).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain information clearly and simply.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Pleasant personality, tact, patience, and a high collaborative spirit.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Preferred Qualifications (Additional):

  • Previous experience of 1 to 3 years in customer service or a call center environment.
  • Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
  • Ability to adapt to change and learn quickly.
