Job Description and Key Responsibilities
The appointed Customs Specialist will be entrusted with a range of pivotal tasks to ensure the smooth flow of the company's import and export operations. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing Customs Procedures: Accurately and efficiently completing all customs clearance processes for inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring full compliance with Saudi customs regulations, laws, and any relevant international agreements.
- Document Preparation and Data Entry: Preparing and meticulously reviewing all required documentation for customs clearance, including commercial invoices, certificates of origin, packing lists, import/export permits, and entering data into approved electronic systems (such as the "Fasah" platform).

Qualifications and Core Requirements

- Work Experience: A minimum of 3 to 5 years of practical experience in customs clearance within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with deep knowledge of local procedures and systems.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in using Saudi electronic customs systems (e.g., Fasah) and standard office software packages (Microsoft Office).
- Personal Skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Arabic and English.
