Qualifications and Requirements

To be a successful candidate for this leadership role, you must meet the following criteria:

Essential Requirements:

• Proven work experience of at least 3 to 5 years in a supervisory or similar leadership role, preferably within the delivery, logistics, or supply chain sector.
• Deep understanding of last-mile logistics operations and fleet management within the local context of Kuwait.
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team towards achieving targets.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, in Arabic and English.
• Good knowledge of tracking applications and operations management technologies (e.g., ERP systems, delivery management software).
• Flexibility to work overtime or on weekends as required, as the delivery sector operates around the clock.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A university degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Previous experience dealing with e-commerce platforms and online order delivery.
• Knowledge of the road network and different geographical areas in Kuwait.
