Qualifications and Essential Requirements

• Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Work Experience: A minimum of 3 to 5 years of practical experience in a similar role (Design Coordinator or Assistant Project Manager) with a strong focus on Fitout projects for commercial, residential, or hospitality buildings. Experience in the Dubai or GCC market is a significant advantage.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in design and management software such as AutoCAD and Revit (a plus), and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Project). A solid understanding of construction phases and interior finish materials.
• Personal Skills:
