Job Overview

Required Qualifications and Skills

• A minimum of 7 years of practical experience in the design field, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role (Design Manager, Team Lead, or equivalent).
• A strong and diverse portfolio demonstrating experience in leading complex design projects from concept to execution.
• Full proficiency in standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and UI/UX tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Deep understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and user experience.
• Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
