Qualifications and Essential Requirements

  • Educational Qualification: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Office Administration, Information Management, or a similar discipline. A diploma may be accepted with more extensive experience.
  • Work Experience: Proven practical experience of at least 3 to 5 years in a Document Controller role, preferably within sectors like construction, engineering, oil & gas, or major industrial companies.
  • Technical Skills: Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (especially Word and Excel). Practical experience using specialized Electronic Document Management software (such as Aconex, Documentum, or similar) is a significant advantage.
  • Personal Skills: Strong attention to detail and high accuracy. Excellent organizational and administrative skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle workload. Good communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Language: Proficiency in both Arabic and English (reading and writing) is required.
