• A minimum of 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience in electrical and instrumentation works, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity (Team Leader or Foreman role).
• Strong, proven experience in major industrial projects, particularly in oil & gas, power, or infrastructure sectors.
• In-depth knowledge of low/medium voltage electrical systems, control systems (DCS/PLC), and field instrumentation.
• Proficiency in global safety standards (e.g., NFPA, IEC) and safe work practices.
• Leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team and manage priorities under pressure.
