Job Description and Responsibilities

The Engineering Manager will hold a critical leadership position within the hotel's organizational structure, bearing direct responsibility for managing and overseeing all activities of the engineering and maintenance department. • Project Management: Planning and supervising renovation and upgrade projects within the hotel, coordinating with senior management and external contractors as needed.

• Demonstrated strong leadership skills in managing multicultural teams.
• In-depth knowledge of modern building systems and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
