Job Overview

The employer, advertising via the Naukrigulf platform, is seeking to hire an Enterprise Account Manager specializing in the Cybersecurity sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of large enterprise clients, understanding their complex security challenges, and presenting integrated technical solutions to enhance their cyber infrastructure. This role focuses on building long-term strategic partnerships rather than transactional sales.

Key Expected Responsibilities and Duties

  • Develop and execute proactive sales strategies to target large enterprise and government clients in the UAE market.
  • Manage the full sales cycle for cybersecurity solutions, from opportunity identification to deal closure.
  • Build strong relationships with C-level executives, IT, and Information Security managers at client organizations.
  • Work closely with internal engineering and technical teams to deliver customized, value-driven proposals that meet specific client needs.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of the company's cybersecurity products and services, as well as market trends and emerging cyber threats.
  • Meet and exceed agreed quarterly and annual sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, activity plans, and pipeline forecasts.

Required Qualifications and Prerequisites

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Proven experience of at least 5 to 7 years in technical solution sales or enterprise account management, with a strong focus on the cybersecurity domain.
  • A demonstrable track record of achieving high-value sales targets and managing complex enterprise accounts.
  • Strong technical understanding of core cybersecurity concepts such as network security, cloud security, application security, incident response, and identity & access management.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented approach.
  • Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken). Proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage in the UAE job market.
