Job Description

The EPMO Supervisor will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success and efficiency of enterprise-wide project management. Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Engineering, or Project Management. A Master’s degree or professional certifications will be a distinct advantage.
• A recognized professional certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PgMP, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
• A minimum of 5-7 years of practical experience in project or program management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role within an Enterprise PMO (EPMO/PMO).
• Previous experience in the aviation, transportation, or similar complex operational industries will be a significant advantage.
• Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken). Knowledge of Arabic will be an additional advantage.

Required Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid) and planning tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or similar).
• Strong analytical and foresight skills for risk assessment and decision-making.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage teams and interface with all management levels.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a rapidly changing environment.
• Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Office Suite applications.
