Kanz Al Muheet Equipments, a prominent player in the equipment sector within the United Arab Emirates, is actively recruiting for the position of Equipment Maintenance Sales Executive at its headquarters in Sharjah. Job Description and Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for driving and developing the company's maintenance contract sales business. They will work within a dynamic team aimed at providing integrated service solutions to clients across industrial, construction, and commercial sectors. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to increase the company's market share for equipment maintenance contracts in Sharjah and surrounding areas.
  • Prospecting for new potential clients among industrial and heavy equipment users, and managing the pipeline of existing clients to foster relationships and ensure contract renewals.
  • Presenting compelling and comprehensive proposals for periodic maintenance services, emergency repairs, and after-sales support packages.
  • Conducting regular field visits to clients to assess their needs, understand their equipment profile, and propose appropriate technical and service solutions.
  • Working closely with the technical support and customer service teams to ensure maintenance contract terms are executed to the highest quality standards and adhered to schedule.
  • Preparing periodic sales performance reports, conducting market analysis, and providing recommendations to management for service improvement and portfolio expansion.
  • Participating in trade exhibitions and industrial events to enhance networking and represent the company brand.

Qualifications and Core Requirements

To be a successful candidate for this role, you should meet the following criteria:

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration (Marketing/Sales specialization), Mechanical Engineering, or any technical field related to equipment.
  • Work Experience: A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in service sales or equipment sales, with a strong preference for candidates with specific experience in selling industrial equipment maintenance contracts or technical service solutions.
  • Personal Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills (Arabic & English), with the ability to build strong working relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Technical Skills: A good understanding of basic mechanical and electrical equipment operation principles, and the ability to discuss technical requirements with both clients and technicians.
  • Personal Attributes: A proactive, driven, and self-motivated individual capable of working independently to achieve targets, while also being a strong team player.
  • Other Requirements: A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Sharjah and neighboring emirates as required.
